A spring and fall performance tune-up and professional cleaning, with mid-season performance checks, will ensure you get the most benefit from every energy dollar you spend.

Service Plan Features
Our professional tune-ups and performance checks ensure your heating and cooling systems work optimally year-round. Learn more about what’s included in our maintenance plans.Precision Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning (Performed Spring and Fall)
- Clean, level, and calibrate thermostat
- Remove and wash blower as necessary
- Chemically clean condenser coil in season as necessary
- Replace standard filter or wash air cleaner
- Check crankcase heater operation in season
- Lubricate and inspect all moving parts
- Inspect electrical connections
- Check and adjust all safety controls and devices
- Test, secure, and tighten electrical connections
- Check operation of electrical heat strips, in season, and fuse links
- Inspect heat exchanger and flue, in season, returns, and blower compartments
- Check condensate drain
- Tape any leaking joints around the plenum and coil
- Activate and test cooling or heating system
- Test all motors, starting capacitors, run capacitors, and potential relays
- Test and check operating temperatures
- Electrical test for deadly carbon monoxide gas (CO) in heating season
- Test for gas leaks at furnace connections
- Furnish inspection report and report any abnormal conditions found or repairs needed
Performance Checks (Performed Summer and Winter)
- Replace standard filter or wash air cleaner
- Inspect and adjust belts and pulleys on commercial units
- Inspect heat exchanger, flue, combustion changers, and draft diverters, in season
- Electronically test for deadly carbon monoxide gas (CO) in heating season
- Check operation of electric heat strips and fuse links
- Test and check operating temperatures
- Clean pilot assembly and test flame
- Check for gas leaks at furnace connections
