I’ve been using Darville Company for somewhere between 10 and 15 years, and they have consistently earned my business.

Over the years, I’ve relied on them for everything from an oilfield service operation—including offices, shops, and bunkhouse housing—to my personal residence and investment properties.

What has always separated Darville from other plumbing companies in the Permian Basin is their sense of urgency. When I call with an issue, they understand that time matters, and they’ve been effective on every job I’ve asked them to handle.

I especially want to recognize Jocelyn Scott. She has been at the forefront of countless calls I’ve made and has consistently provided excellent communication, service, and follow-through. Having someone you know you can call and depend on makes a tremendous difference.

After more than a decade of working with Darville across my business, personal home, and investment properties, they’ve earned my trust. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

I’ve seen my son use the Darville company for over 10years. He’s called him for business, personal and investment properties. They always show up with a sense of urgency and get the job done. One of the employees that stand out is Jocelyn Scout.

Frank Hoang provided great service. He arrived in a timely manner, quickly diagnosed the issue, and was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely ask for Frank if you’re calling Danville.

Frank was an awesome technician. Arrived on time and thoroughly inspected our attic unit. Very knowledgeable and did everything he could to help us out!

I’m very impressed by this company! Tony Hernandez is great! I was added on for a second job for him and his partner. He showed up, quoted me, agreed, went to get supplies for the job, came back and did not stop until it was finished! After working his full day before my job he worked another 5+ hours on mine! New Review! 8/15/26 Its Saturday and of course we all dread calling in on Saturday right? I called because my sinks weren’t draining. Jocelyne arrived fast! She figured out what our issue was and fixed it in a timely manner! Professional is the best word to describe her! Fast. Friendly. Professional. Ill never call anyone but Darville!

Frank Hoang found the problem and replaced the valve that was leaking freon. He also cleaned the unit checked the inside unit as well.

Installer teams are really great to work with the will go out of there to make sure you are satisfied these guys are very knowledgeable they walk me through how the air conditioning works and things to do the help maintain and help with the efficiency

AC went out over the weekend, called Darville, Frank came over and had it going in no time. Thank you Frank and Darville. Great service!

They did the job and were very nice. They initially overcharged quite a bit for the service they did. I would advise asking for clarification on the price before you agree to the service. However they made our situation right by refunding the money and giving us a year of free maintenance for the troubles.

Mistakes happen. What impressed me was how Yahir handled one. There was a misunderstanding about our warranty coverage, and instead of making it a hassle, he took care of it immediately and treated us with respect.

Good customer service is fixing the problem, not pretending it didn’t happen. Thanks again, Yahir! I’d gladly have you back out to our home.
